The shipping charge is displayed in your shopping cart at the time of your order. We package and ship your order as soon as we receive credit card authorization and verification.

P.O. box or hotel addresses are not accepted. Please provide a valid mobile phone number for delivery notifications from the carrier.

Your shipping rate will be automatically calculated upon order confirmation ( before payment ) by entering the shipping destination.

Returns

At AI EYE, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request are turn with in 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for are fund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processe back to your original payment method with in 5–7 business days.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, any used eyewear, accessories, or gift cards cannot be returned.

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
